To start your Remote Session:

  1. Select your computer’s operating system below.
  2. The file will download to your computer. (typically, to your downloads or desktop folder)
  3. Double click the downloaded file to uncompress and double click the SplashtopSOS icon to start the remote session.
  4. For Mac/OSX computers, you must enable accessibility features. Click the 1st 2 blue Allow Buttons, Unlock your preferences, and click the checkbox next to splashtop.
  5. Provide the 9 digit support number to your technician.
  6. Click Allow once connected to proceed with remote session.
  7. Describe your issue over the phone or through chat.
