To start your Remote Session:
- Select your computer’s operating system below.
- The file will download to your computer. (typically, to your downloads or desktop folder)
- Double click the downloaded file to uncompress and double click the SplashtopSOS icon to start the remote session.
- For Mac/OSX computers, you must enable accessibility features. Click the 1st 2 blue Allow Buttons, Unlock your preferences, and click the checkbox next to splashtop.
- Provide the 9 digit support number to your technician.
- Click Allow once connected to proceed with remote session.
- Describe your issue over the phone or through chat.
